We promote a holistic approach which means it’s not just about exercise – we’ll look at nutrition too. And, when it’s appropriate, we’ll refer you to local professionals we’ve vetted and approved such as sports massage therapists, chiropractors and professional nutritionist for advanced nutritional advice.

An Energetic and upbeat trainer with a zest for anything that keeps you moving. Imogen has a background in street dance instructing and being part of a competitive crew she knows how to motivate get you to reach those goals.

Being a new face to the On Form team she’s keen to make an impact on the industry and get stuck in to helping you achieve living your best life.

Ellie has a wealth of experience in putting together programmes for weight/fat loss and for meeting the bespoke requirements for people with health conditions or disabilities.
